Our Process
1. Initial Project Review
Every project begins with a review of the property and a discussion around goals, constraints, and expectations. This step allows us to understand the scope of work being considered and determine whether the project is a good fit. Clear communication at this stage helps establish realistic expectations before moving forward.
2. Scope Development & Planning
Once the project moves ahead, we focus on defining the scope of work in detail. This includes identifying the work to be performed, the sequence in which it should occur, and the trades involved. Proper planning at this stage reduces uncertainty, limits disruptions, and helps prevent changes once work begins.
3. Scheduling & Pre-Execution Coordination
With the scope established, we coordinate scheduling and prepare for execution. This includes aligning timelines, confirming availability, and ensuring communication channels are clear before work starts. The goal is to enter the execution phase with organization rather than urgency.
4. Active Project Oversight
During the execution phase, we oversee coordination and monitor progress to maintain alignment with the defined scope. Issues are addressed as they arise to minimize delays and keep the project moving forward. Our role is to maintain continuity and reduce the burden on the client during active work.
5. Quality Review & Closeout
As work nears completion, we shift focus to verification and closeout. This includes reviewing completed work against the scope, addressing remaining items, and guiding the project through final completion. Projects are not considered finished until they are properly closed out and documented.
